Our Big Hunk freeze-dries like no other candy.  Its texture turns from a chewy, slowly bending bar, into the lightest most delicate crunch that truly melts in your mouth.  

We might not have been fans of Big Hunk before.  But, as a freeze-dried candy, it's hands-down one of our favorites. 

The process of freeze-drying removes all moisture from any candy, and concentrates its flavor to pack an even bigger punch!
