Inspired by her hometown city, Rain McDermott started Dallas Caramel Company in 2007 in hopes of satisfying the caramel cravings of friends, family, and herself!

Today Rain creates 15 flavors all using the freshest ingredients, precision, patience, and some creative experimentation. Her caramels evoke a "fresh from the pan" softness that we LOVE!
