- We offer Standard and Expedited shipping (depending on the season and candy being purchased).
- We offer Saturday delivery.
- We do not offer Sunday delivery.
- Orders placed will be mailed within two business days.
- In order to get your candy to you in the best condition possible, during warm weather we will hold shipments that would have been in transit over the weekend.
- We do not ship chocolate and heat-sensitive candy to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO or outside the contiguous U.S. during warm weather periods
Warm Weather Shipping (April through October)
Warm Weather Friendly Shipments:
- Some non-chocolates can be delivered with regular packaging and standard shipping. No additional warm weather packaging fees are applied, making these candies ideal for the warmer season.
Chocolate & Heat-Sensitive Candy Shipments:
- To reduce the risk of melting and to ensure a speedy delivery to your door, all chocolates and heat-sensitive candy are delivered in insulated containers with reusable cold packs and shipped via 2-day delivery, at an additional cost.
- To also prevent melting, orders received Wednesday-Friday will ship the following Monday to reduce the time spent in transit or sitting in a warehouse or vehicle.
- During warm weather periods, we do not ship chocolate and heat-sensitive candy to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, US territories or international addresses.
