I'm so sorry for the disappointing experience. Just a reminder that we sent your items via the shipping preference you selected at checkout which was, 'Standard Delivery - No Ice Protection.' We put ice in your package as a courtesy, but really, it's the slower shipping speed that eventually gets to candy under these heat wave conditions.
As our website banner says atop every page, we recommend 'Express/Ice Shipping' for any heat-sensitive products.
