Is there a better representation of Indian sweets than the combination of rose and pistachio? We don’t think so, which is why this delicious bar was one of our very first creations. We grind both pistachios and rose petals along with our cacao and sugar so make a nutty, slightly floral chocolate with a soft, creamy texture. The addition of pistachios and rose petals to the back makes each bar a visual delight. It’s truly a treat for all the senses.

not what i wanted

I was actually really disappointed in this - i feel like pistachio halves and dried rose petals were sprinkled onto the chocolate while it cooled and that's in. No integration of flavers, i had to crunch the pistachios as if I shelled them, and the roses often fell off leaving me with just...petals in my mouth.
