Capturing the essence of the classic Manhattan cocktail, we start our cocoa beans out with a good long soak in a combination of Hudson Valley rye, and sweet vermouth. Those fabulous little beauties are then transformed into a 69% cacao bar and peppered with dehydrated tart black cherries. What's not to love? In addition to being absolutely divine, a portion of the proceeds from each Gay Bar sold will benefit Hudson Valley organizations working to better the lives of Upstate New York's vibrant LGBTQ+ community.
